So my father retired from a company that was based in Sweden. During his time there he was fortunate to be able to travel to Sweden and made some fabulous friends. From what I am told, one of the traditions over there is to serve Glogg.
The one that we enjoyed over Christmas had citrus notes. It is generally served up warmed, but not boiled as you don’t want to boil off the alcohol. It was delicious, and hit the spot on one of the days that only topped about 18 degrees Fahrenheit.
