Baking for loved ones that are egg, dairy, and gluten free isn’t always the easiest task. In fact let’s be honest, it can be darn right challenging to deliver the same texture and deliciousness that you’d get with a normally crafted treat. Today’s surprise was Kevin testing out a new recipe and taking a shot at baking a Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and Egg Free Coffee Cake. It came out amazing!!! Already tested it out.
